About Sara Dean
Sara Dean is a Seattle-based keynote speaker, mindset and leadership coach, business coach, and trainer to leaders and teams.
With a passion for working with women in leadership who want to become more courageous in their thoughts, actions, and conversations, Sara helps her clients deeply understand that their voices have value.
For the past 22 years, she’s led women through growth and transformation, walking women more fully into leadership. She helps them get out of their own way, retrain culturally ingrained negative thought patterns, and cultivate a deeper sense of intuition and self-trust.
Sara is also a certified Step into Your Moxie® facilitator.
Through a mix of coaching, training, role play, and small and full group conversation, she helps leaders and team members elevate their EQ, learn how to foster more trust and psychological safety in the workplace, and develop the mindset, skill set, and habits to boost their communication confidence so they can speak with power and impact and move people to take action whenever they speak.
When Sara’s not busy speaking and coaching, she’s busy recording her podcast, Shameless Leadership. In 9 years, she has recorded over 900 podcast episodes that have garnered over 6 million global downloads.
She is also widely known for bringing women together for workshops, retreats, community events, and thought incubators.
Sara’s goal is to inspire leaders of all levels across their organizations or in their own businesses.
As a longtime resident, Sara regularly speaks in and around Seattle.
From mom conferences to women’s empowerment events to corporate training series, she teaches the people she works with how to identify and own their greatest strengths in order to show up and shine in the areas they most want to grow and evolve.
