Meet Sara Dean
Sara Dean is a dynamic keynote speaker, certified facilitator, and executive coach who helps women lead with confidence, clarity, and courage. Drawing from over two decades of experience and a background in behavioral science, she guides clients to dismantle self-limiting beliefs, challenge cultural conditioning, and lead with intention and impact. She has a 95% speaker rating.
Sara has worked with leaders at Amazon, Google, Microsoft, and Starbucks, among others. She is a top 1% globally ranked podcaster and currently hosts the Shameless Leadership podcast. Sara has a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, has a certification in DEI in Talent Development from the Association of Talent Development, and is a Step into Your Moxie® Certified Facilitator.
