About Sara Dean
Sara Dean is a Seattle-based keynote speaker, mindset and leadership coach, business coach, and trainer to leaders and teams.
With a passion for working with women in leadership who want to become more courageous in their thoughts, actions, and conversations, Sara helps her clients deeply understand that their voices have value.
One of the top reasons people leave their jobs is because they don’t know how to safely speak up for themselves and their ideas. 80% of women report struggling with self advocacy in the workplace. Sara helps leaders get out of their own way, retrain culturally ingrained negative thought patterns, and cultivate a deeper sense of intuition and self-trust, in order to drive measurable and meaningful organizational outcomes.
Sara Dean is a Keynote Speaker, Facilitator, and Executive Coach to leaders and teams. She is a Certified Step into Your Moxie® Facilitator, holds a certification in DEI in Talent Development from the Association of Talent Development, and is a member of the Institute for Equity Centered Coaching Exchange. Sara is currently attaining her Masters in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.
Sara has been coaching for over 20 years and has a 95% speaker approval rating. She has spoken and led trainings for Amazon, Microsoft, Google, the City of Seattle, the University of Washington, Gonzaga University, Maricopa County Public Health, Allen Institute, and SHRM. A podcaster for over 9 years, she has released over 900 podcast episodes that have been downloaded over 7 million times across 140 countries. Her current podcast is Shameless Leadership.
